lovely stay with amazing food
cute staff modern lobby beautiful pool cocktail range
the staff were cute. the lobby area was modern. pools were beautiful and clean. the pool bar had a good range of cocktails. breakfast included a huge variety of options. i also had dinner, a buffet, with a huge menu and beautiful presentation (especially the desserts!).

the hotel offers both internal and external swimming pools. a gym is available with treadmills and weights. a spa offers various treatments. there is also a kids club for families.

the main dining room, azure, offers breakfast and dinner. options are wonderful. there is outside dining during breakfast (a lovely experience!). ombré is perfect for coffee, cakes, and lighter meals with views across the pool.

mediocre stay it was
slow drain door gap
the shower drain was slow. i had to turn the water off sometimes. the room was big but lacked chairs. there was also a gap in the balcony door frame, this let in noise and warm air. maintenance partially fixed this issue, but it shouldnt of existed.

fresh pastries helpful staff heart petals
The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty (especially the fresh pastries!). I appreciated the staff's kindness. They were always ready to help. The hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake for our anniversary. Red heart petals decorated the bed.
The pillows were too high, and i experienced a bad neckache.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, with ample sunbeds available. A gym with several treadmills is available. A Dolmen stands impressively in the middle of the hotel complex.

My king room had a sea view. The bathroom included two separate sinks. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our luggage and personal items comfortably. I enjoyed the amenities.

clean room luxury shampoo efficient service
I found the room clean. the provided crabtree shampoo and conditioner added a touch of luxury. i appreciated the daily room service. It was thorough and efficient.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were nice. The staff was cute, especially the towel service each morning providing towels.
I had to request more tea and milk daily. I received only two tea bags and two milk portions daily. The inside pool was heavily chlorinated. It upset the children's Asthma.
